As part of their continued international expansion, the business is currently hiring a Principal Delivery Consultant based in South Africa to collaborate with their UK clients and support the growth of digital marketing teams across South Africa.

You’ll be joining a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative team where South African hires are fully integrated into the company — part of all calls, Slack channels, projects, and team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, manage, and deliver top digital marketing talent for UK-based clients in SA

• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring exceptional service and delivery.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines within digital marketing.

• Represent the agency when UK clients visit South Africa.

• Collaborate with global colleagues to meet delivery goals and support strategic hiring projects.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5–8 years’ experience in digital marketing recruitmentwithin South Africa/Internationally
✅ Proven experience in client-facing or account management roles.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging with UK clients.
✅ Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment delivery.
✅ A proactive, self-sufficient approach, comfortable working in a remote, global team.
