Kayman has partnered with an Engineering & Renewable Energy recruitment firm that is expanding their T&D division. This would be working directly with a Managing Director (ex-Sthree) who has a very warm book of business to hand off to an experienced consultant. He is looking for a structured, consistent, and focused 360 consultant - someone who thrives in an autonomous environment - who will join as an IC and eventually expand into managing a small team of recruiters.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of agency experience across one or more of these sectors: Data Center, T&D, Utilities,  Substations, Energy Storage and/or Substations.
