​Working for a multi branch Independent who specialise in the Essex Golden Triangle, these roles come with a stunning portfolio guaranteed.

Based in Loughton, IG10 branch, you will join an experienced team, who will arm you with the told you need to progress your own career long term.

Their Lettings portfolio is growing, so they are looking to add a Lettings Coordinator to the team, who can support the Negotiators and Property Manager.

Duties will include:

  • Client Management - responding to tenants/landlords via phone and email

  • Administration - preparing contracts, compiling and storing documents, filing and invoicing

  • Compliance - ensuring all of the correct safety certificates are completed and filed prior to tenant move ins

What they are looking for:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience within Property Administration

  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Initiative - you need to be an independent thinker

  • Team player - someone who will pick in areas outside of their job description to help the rest of the team
