3 roles:

- HR and People – 360 Recruiter

- GTM (Sales and Commercial ) – 360 Recruiter

Commission:

• Quarterly they have a Quarterly threshold based on their basic salary

• Once the threshold is met it’s a flat 10%

• However they do an annual top up bonus which is 30% of their annual revenue

• So their commission equates to 40% annually

Candidates will get SA Bank holidays and 22 days of annual leave.
