Kayman Recruitment are working with Liverpool Street based recruitment business, who are looking to add a highly motivated Finance Associate to their ranks.
Joining a well established Operations team, this role is great for someone who wants long term scope for progression into Management as part of a rapidly expanding, international business.
Duties will include:
Payroll - Uploading internal and external information to portal and reporting to Manager
Commission - Collate information from consultants, ensuring correct payments are made
Accounts payable - collating receipts and invoices from suppliers
Expenses - approving/querying on a weekly basis
Cashbook - daily reconciliations
What they are looking for:
2 years+ experience within Finance in a Recruitment business
Accountancy and Finance graduate OR AAT qualified/studier
Strong communicator - must be comfortable working with busy, demanding, sales people!
Outstanding attention to detail, essential when dealing with finance
Committed to being office based and part of a sociable culture
