Day to Day Operations:
Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficient and effective funstioning of the business.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
Coordinate and collaborate with different deparments to ensure smooth workflow and optimal resource allocaiton.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Identify and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks to minimise disruptions.
Provide guidance and support to the team members to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
Conduct regular performance ecaluations and provide feedback to the team members.
Provide administrative support to various departments and executives.
Manage and organise office operations, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure necessary equipment is functioning properly.
Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to appropriate person or department.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting jop openings and conducting initial screenings.
Coordinate an schedule interviews, assessments, and background checks for potential candidates.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Support employee engagement initiative and help organise company events or activities.
Assist in benefits administration and resolve employee inquiries or issues.
Analyse financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making and business planning.
Monitor and assess financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to management.
Budgeting and resource allocation.
Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Assist in preparation of financial statements and regulatory complicance reports.
Support the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Stay updated with financial regulations and ensure compliance.

Our client is looking for a candidate that is open to 2-3 days hybrid work schedule in either the New York or Los Angeles office
Someone who can become the right arm of the Director of the company
Experience of Operations Management in a Recruitment Agency setting
Strategy and team management experience is a must
What they can offer you:
Base salary range for this position is $80,000 -$120,000 and is based upon experience and other factors
