We are currently hiring for an executive recruitment firm focused on the Renewable Energy, Renewable Finance and Infrastructure markets across the United States. Day to Day Operations:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficient and effective funstioning of the business.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline processes.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with different deparments to ensure smooth workflow and optimal resource allocaiton.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.

  • Identify and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks to minimise disruptions.

  • Provide guidance and support to the team members to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.

  • Conduct regular performance ecaluations and provide feedback to the team members.

  • Administrative Assistant.

Admin:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments and executives.

  • Manage and organise office operations, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure necessary equipment is functioning properly.

  • Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to appropriate person or department.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, orientations, and training sessions.

  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.

Human Resources:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting jop openings and conducting initial screenings.

  • Coordinate an schedule interviews, assessments, and background checks for potential candidates.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.

  • Support employee engagement initiative and help organise company events or activities.

  • Assist in benefits administration and resolve employee inquiries or issues.

Finance:

  • Analyse financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making and business planning.

  • Monitor and assess financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to management.

  • Budgeting and resource allocation.

  • Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.

  • Assist in preparation of financial statements and regulatory complicance reports.

  • Support the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Stay updated with financial regulations and ensure compliance.

What they are looking for in a candidate:

  • Our client is looking for a candidate that is open to 2-3 days hybrid work schedule in either the New York or Los Angeles office

  • Someone who can become the right arm of the Director of the company

  • Experience of Operations Management in a Recruitment Agency setting

  • Strategy and team management experience is a must

What they can offer you:

  • Base salary range for this position is $80,000 -$120,000 and is based upon experience and other factors
