What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within Financial Services, Pensions, or Actuarial markets.

• A proactive mindset and someone that is able to manage delivery, source high-calibre talent, and build long-term relationships.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Demonstrated success working remotely or managing your own desk.

• Have worked the international market
