Your Background, Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a remote support role, within a fast-paced European or US based recruitment Agency/ Search firm

• Excellent written/ verbal communication skills

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills

• Expert Linked In user

• Proactively headhunt talent, delivering short lists at pace

• Expert with AI-powered research tools

• Tech savvy (familiarity with video editing or presentation software like Hinterview is a plus)

• Senior, executive search focused approach delivering into their biggest Global key account

What is on offer:

• Competitive basic salary

• up to £1750 comms per month and an additional quarterly bonus
