🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building a client base from scratch – you’ll be developing new business opportunities on a cold desk.

  • Researching and mapping key decision-makers within target companies.

  • Cold calling and outreach to generate qualified client meetings.

  • Progressing into a closing role as you gain traction and experience.

  • Focusing on both Blue- and White-Collar roles across manufacturing verticals such as Maritime, Aerospace, FMCG, and more.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years in sales, recruitment, or business development (preferred)

  • Interest or experience in the Manufacturing/Engineering space is a plus
