🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
Building a client base from scratch – you’ll be developing new business opportunities on a cold desk.
Researching and mapping key decision-makers within target companies.
Cold calling and outreach to generate qualified client meetings.
Progressing into a closing role as you gain traction and experience.
Focusing on both Blue- and White-Collar roles across manufacturing verticals such as Maritime, Aerospace, FMCG, and more.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
3+ years in sales, recruitment, or business development (preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
