​My client is a renowned UK agency specialising in Tech Recruitment across the UK and US are currently seeking a experienced Business Development professional/B2B Sales professional to join their high-performing business as a Client Growth Partner.
This is a strategic role focused on reigniting 700–800+ existing client agreements and developing new business across the EU (especially Germany), UK, and US markets.

This is is all about building relationships and driving growth. So someone with the sales flair that has the ability to build rapport with international clients and develop accounts is key.

They work heavily within the Venture Capital and Private Equity space, partnering with some of the most innovative tech companies in the market.

They're looking for someone who is:

On Offer:

• 25% of revenue from filled roles + 10% commission (TBC)

• 20 days annual leave + full December closure

• 1st Friday of every month off (an extra 11 days annually!)
