Job description
What’s the role?
You’ll be the go-to person for campaign management and account coordination—primarily internal-facing for now. Your day-to-day will include briefing teams, managing campaign setups, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and dissect campaign briefs (Media Plan, Copy, Creative)
Liaise with Paid Media team for campaign setup
Quality check ad previews and confirm collateral
Coordinate with Data team for live dashboards and end-of-campaign reports
Create and manage weekly reports
Activate campaigns and traffic copy for Paid Media
Ensure clear, concise briefs with accurate media plans and deadlines
What we’re looking for:
Essential Skills
Media planning experience (3+ years ideal)
Campaign briefing and execution
Strong organisational skills and proactive communication
Understanding of time-sensitive projects
Nice to Have:
Client interaction experience
Agency background (big agency experience is a plus)
Familiarity with Google Search, Paid Search, and Programmatic
