Job description

What’s the role?

You’ll be the go-to person for campaign management and account coordination—primarily internal-facing for now. Your day-to-day will include briefing teams, managing campaign setups, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and dissect campaign briefs (Media Plan, Copy, Creative)

  • Liaise with Paid Media team for campaign setup

  • Quality check ad previews and confirm collateral

  • Coordinate with Data team for live dashboards and end-of-campaign reports

  • Create and manage weekly reports

  • Activate campaigns and traffic copy for Paid Media

  • Ensure clear, concise briefs with accurate media plans and deadlines

What we’re looking for:

Essential Skills

  • Media planning experience (3+ years ideal)

  • Campaign briefing and execution

  • Strong organisational skills and proactive communication

  • Understanding of time-sensitive projects


Nice to Have:

  • Client interaction experience

  • Agency background (big agency experience is a plus)

  • Familiarity with Google Search, Paid Search, and Programmatic
