Job description

We are seeking a commercially minded Business Analyst to sit at the intersection of market intelligence, lead generation, and growth strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding markets, mapping companies and decision-makers, and turning insight into high-quality lead generation. You won’t be responsible for selling, but your work will directly support business development, marketing activity, and senior hiring mandates.

Over time, the role can develop into areas such as marketing, growth, CRM ownership, or business development, depending on interest and performance.

Key Responsibilities (Initial Focus)

Market intelligence & mapping

·Map target markets across Technology, AI, Web3, Trading and FinTech

·Identify high-growth companies, hiring trends, and key decision-makers

·Conduct competitor and market analysis to support BD and search activity

Lead generation & research

·Build targeted, high-quality lead lists (companies and senior stakeholders)

·Source and verify accurate contact information

·Segment data by sector, geography, role and seniority

·Support consultants with insight-led targeting rather than volume outreach

CRM & data quality

·Maintain clean, well-structured CRM data

·Deduplicate, standardise and enrich existing records

·Ensure data is usable and actionable for BD and marketing activity

Role Development (12–24 months)

Depending on interest, the role may expand into:

·Greater CRM ownership and optimisation

·Supporting and analysing outbound marketing campaigns

·Marketing performance and conversion analysis

·Progression into marketing, sales ops, or business development roles

Skills & Experience

Essential

·Experience in market research, lead generation, or business analysis

·Comfortable building and working with structured datasets

·Experience using CRMs (recruitment or sales CRMs preferred)

·Strong attention to detail and data hygiene

·Commercial curiosity and interest in how businesses grow
