As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment cycle. From developing new client relationships to placing top-tier candidates in high-impact roles, you’ll have the autonomy and support to build your desk your way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the Renewable Energy and Infrastructure sectors across the US

• Source, screen, and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, database, headhunting, referrals)

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle: business development, client management, candidate engagement, interview prep, and post-placement care

• Build out a vertical or region, with the option to later lead a team or open new markets

• Collaborate with new graduate consultants, supporting their development while contributing to team growth

• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts
