​One of our newest clients from Europe is making their first hire in the USA! This is a fully remote first opportunity where you’ll support their MD, who is relocating in late 2025. This is a great role for someone who values work-life balance and has 2+ years of delivery experience in their specialisation. This firm primarily focuses on the Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and AI/ML space, working with established Defence contractors and FinTech firms across the US. As a 180 consultant, you’ll work directly with their MD finding top-tier candidates for the reqs he brings in from their clients on a contingent and retained basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with their clients

• Source, screen, and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, database, headhunting, referrals)

• Manage the delivery/sourcing life cycle: client management, candidate engagement, interview prep, and post-placement care

• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shift
