You will be joining to lead a team of 2 established recruiters and also have the opportunity to build this up to a team of 5 in the first instance. Our client is looking for a senior or principal consultant who has reached the ceiling in their current role and looking to make the next steps. You will need to have a strong business development background as you will be helping grow out the division and will need to be continually bringing in new business. You will be working closely with the Regional Director. There is a resourcing team in place currently consisting of 4 resources who will provide a constant flow of candidates so you can put your main focus into business development.

At least 4+ years experience in recruitment
Senior or Principal Level
Management experience is a bonus
