At Kayman Recruitment we have partnered with an Executive Search agency who are based in Canary Wharf. Working across the UK, Europe and USA, they are currently sat at 25, and want this to double in the next 18 months – with the addition of trainee, experienced and management level consultants. They are wanting to bring their Learning and Development department in house, where they have a trusted Manager, working alongside the Directors on plans on how to improve productivity and billings across the business.
Duties will include:
Developing and creating a comprehensive training strategy that will ensure employees develop the knowledge and skills required to meet our growth plans
Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the shaping and development of an L&D strategy that drives business improvements
Identify and select training resources to support the delivery of the training needs.
Support office locations in the UK & USA
Support the performance management process and ensuring this is built into our strategy for continuous improvement
Work with all functions to develop training programmes across the organisation including Sales, Delivery and Operations
Maintain robust and detailed training records and skills competence
Deliver induction training to all new employees and team members.
Continuous improvement of the product training system with development paths available for all employees
Development of specific training paths to attract and develop where required Apprentices, Graduates and Senior Recruiters.
Support the succession planning process for all employees and support upskilling of all employees
What they are looking for:
2-5 years' experience within L7D
Proven experience increasing billings across a team
Ability to work with trainees, experienced consultants, and managers
Written training policies and procedures
Confidence presenting classroom based training
