Join a growing UK-based recruitment agency specializing in technology across the UK, Europe, and the US. They’re expanding their newly established South Africa division, which began in December and is set to grow from 3 to 5-10 people in the coming months – across sales and delivery. This fully remote role focuses on sourcing and managing candidates for a wide range of tech roles, including both contract and permanent positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, recruit, and manage candidates for various tech roles across the UK, Europe, and US
Work closely with sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Support the growth and development of the South Africa division – working closely with the full global team
Requirements:
Proven experience in tech recruitment across the UK, Europe, and US
Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including both contract and permanent roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
A proactive and results-driven mindset
Experience in a 180 recruitment model (candidate-focused)
Previous experience in a fully remote working environment is an advantage
