At Kayman Recruitment we are working with a Letting's specialist, based in Shadwell, East London, who are looking to expand their current team with the addition of an Accounts Administrator.
Well established team of 5, they have rapidly expanding property portfolio, which brings with it a lot of invoicing, reconcilitations and payment chasing!
They are keen to talk to experienced Accounts Assistant/Administrators who are keen to keep progressing in an independent agency who pride themselves on their efficiency. Honesty and Customer Service.
They are looking for:
2 years + experience within Accounts
AAT Qualification
Comfortable helping team with ad hoc admin tasks
Experience within property would be a huge bonus
Duties include:
Producing and sending out invoices
Bank reconciliation of two accounts
Credit control
Using Sage Line 50 to input accounts
Ad hoc Administrative duties
They can offer:
Up to £28,000 which will be reviewed annually
2 days WFH per week
Flexibility around start/end time
Support with further training/qualifications
