​A British client of ours with 70 recruiters are looking to hire someone in the US to be their No 1 there on the ground. They have already been working in the US markets although the role still requires a build out. They specialise in the technology industry covering roles across software engineering mainly as well as other technology.

You will grow a team in the US and be responsible for the headcount growth, you will be a biller, generating your own business, working with existing clients, training and developing new staff members and take full leadership of the US operation under the CEO in the UK.

  • Salary is flexible for the right person paying up to $150,000. They will also cover any money you are walking away from on your OTE to help you financially.

    Equity of the business is on offer

  • A generous OTE i.e. if you are to bill $500,000 you will earn 40-50% including your base salary i.e. $250,000. This structure will not apply for staff you employ.
