We are currently partnered with a specialist strategy consultancy recruitment business focused on the life sciences sector. This is a great opportunity for someone with professional services. The role:
• 180 focused role focused on the US market
• High-volume LinkedIn sourcing and outreach
• Conducting initial screening calls and qualifying candidates
• Working closely with consultants who manage the client side
• Focus on strategy consulting & M&A talent / professional services
What they’re looking for:
• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience (perm-focused)
• Background in consulting, M&A, or professional services recruitment
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing capability and confidence engaging candidates
• Exposure to UK, EU, or US markets is advantageous
