What does a Recruitment Consultant do?
Register applicants, get into the nitty gritty of what they want in their next role
Liaise with Clients on their needs, pain points and plans for their teams
Negotiate – get the best deal for the Client, Candidate, and the business
Offer feedback, both good and bad!
Confirm offers and keep parties updated to start date Maintain communication to secure repeat business and referrals

To be successful in recruitment, you must have ambition, energy, drive, and self-motivation. It is a role where you can dictate your earnings – you get out of it what you put in! What they can offer you:
Competitive base salary of £18,000 - £22,000 basic salary DOE
Commission on placed candidates
