Job description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Recruiter to join their growing team. This role focuses on sourcing and placing top talent across software engineering, data, AI, DevOps, and cloud technologies, with a primary focus on the German and wider EU market.
The successful candidate will work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, delivering results with initiative and urgency. You will leverage your expertise in recruiting tools, Boolean search, and market knowledge to identify, engage, and place high-calibre candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, primarily within Germany (90%) and the UK (10%).
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and other sourcing tools to build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates.
Apply advanced Boolean search techniques to identify passive and active candidates.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
Meet and exceed KPIs for placements and productivity.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment strategies align with business needs.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum of 2.5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in technology.
Proven experience using Bullhorn CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong knowledge of the German/EU market.
Ability to work independently in a non-micromanaged environment.
High drive, ambition, and resilience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work at pace.
