​Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in a delivery-focused role. Working alongside one of the business's established 360 Consultants, you will support recruitment across the Irish market, specialising in infrastructure-related sectors.

What You'll Be Recruiting

You will support recruitment across the Irish market, specialising in:

• Data Centres

• Construction

• Engineering

• Infrastructure

• Rail

• Energy

• Related technical sectors

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-quality candidates across live recruitment assignments.

• Conduct market mapping and build specialist talent pipelines.

• Screen and qualify candidates against client requirements.

• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Coordinate interviews and provide ongoing candidate support.

• Work closely with an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to deliver successful recruitment outcomes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships within specialist infrastructure markets.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous recruitment or resourcing experience.

• Experience recruiting within the Irish market is highly preferred.

• Experience recruiting within Data Centres is advantageous.

• Candidates with recruitment experience across Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, Rail, Energy, or similar technical sectors are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

What's on Offer

• Salary of R45,000 – R50,000 per month.

• £500 commission per placement.
