​Our client is seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to join their growing international recruitment team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a recruiter with experience recruiting across the German and/or European technology markets, supporting clients within some of the most in-demand areas of tech.

The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with candidates and clients across Europe.

What You'll Be Recruiting

You will specialise in recruiting technology professionals across:

• Software Engineering

• Data & AI

• DevOps

• Cloud

Supporting clients across Germany and the wider European market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to placement.

• Source and engage high-quality technology professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.

• Screen and qualify candidates against client requirements.

• Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships.

• Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Develop and maintain specialist talent pipelines across key technology markets.

• Maintain accurate records within Bullhorn CRM.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while supporting clients across Germany and Europe.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2.5 years' recruitment experience.

• Experience recruiting across the German and/or European markets.

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.

• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

• Passion for technology recruitment and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.
