​Our client is seeking an experienced Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join their international recruitment team. Working Model

Fully Remote

The role is fully remote, with flexible working hours aligned primarily to UK time. Some seasonal flexibility is available.

You will work as part of a high-performing international team while having the autonomy to manage your own workload and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidate delivery across live Technology vacancies.

• Source and identify high-quality technical candidates.

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing methods to identify relevant talent.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.

• Conduct candidate screening and qualification.

• Engage candidates and build strong professional relationships.

• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Deliver suitable candidates quickly and effectively against client requirements.

• Develop strong knowledge of the European and German Technology markets.

• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity within the CRM.

• Work independently and take ownership of your delivery desk.

• Consistently identify opportunities to improve sourcing and delivery processes.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience, particularly within 180 recruitment / delivery.

• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.

• Confident using Boolean search.

• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Experience recruiting within Technology would be highly advantageous.

• Comfortable working across EU and/or German markets.

• Strong candidate engagement and communication skills.

• Able to work at pace and manage multiple vacancies.

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Comfortable working independently without being micromanaged.

• Commercially driven with a strong work ethic.

• Proactive and motivated by achieving strong results.

• Bullhorn experience would be advantageous.
