About the role…
Our client is going through an exciting growth period and are looking to add a Talent Acquisition and People Manager to the ranks, to support the team based in Leeds City Centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys Recruiting but is also keen to support Learning and Development and Operations – maintaining a steady, happy ship across the business.
Supporting the Operations Director and SMT, your focus will be on the following:
Creating internal recruitment strategy with directors to support business growth
Writing compelling and engaging adverts for internal positions including experienced and non-experienced recruiters
Strong candidate management experience & the ability to provide a 5* candidate experience
Organises inductions for new starters and delivering training on the CRM, processes & Boolean searching
Responsible for monitoring training material
Manages office subscriptions to online resources
Assists with training and organising workshops
Authorise holiday requests and add to company diary
Pulling data from internal HR portal when required and ensuring that this system is being utilised to its full potential
Updating salaries and sending out documents and emails when required for pay increases, contract changes etc
New starter process including writing contract and gathering RTW information and references
Wellbeing and Incentives
Arranging employee incentives and individual prizes for consultants
Gathering information from the team around employee wellbeing and suggestions for improvements
Supporting the Directors in building a great culture within the business
