Kayman Recruitment are delighted to be working with a new client - a 50 people strong FinTech Recruitment business, who place into finance and broadcast media clients globally.
Working with their Marketing Manager, this role will see you keeping up to date with the latest trends, updating channels, creating content and helping consultants with their personal branding.
The aim of the game is attraction - you will be tasked with increasing traffic across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, enabling the business to grow their presence amongst Clients and Candidates alike.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Ownership of social media accounts - increasing engagement, particularly with LinkedIn
Creating eye catching content, blog posts and website updates
Monitoring success, using analytics and reporting to Manager
Job adverts and updates - keeping things fresh and different
Assisting Consultants in the business with their personal branding
Ad hoc support on events planning and administration
What they are looking for:
2 years+ experience within Digital and Social Media Marketing
CIM qualified/part qualified OR Marketing degree would be an advantage
Strong communicator - must be comfortable working with busy, demanding, sales people!
Outstanding attention to detail, all eyes will be on your content
Creative, out the box thinker - it is a saturated market, you need to be different
