As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for growing and developing a client base for the firm. You will both manage existing company accounts and generate new clients. You will originate and deliver executive recruitment assignments to your client base.
As part of your new role, you will also actively seek to develop clients for the broader business and generate leads and referrals for your colleagues across teams.

They've got established relationships in these areas, which means you will have warm relationships from day one, they have a very strong portfolio. The average deal size in the business is £30,000.
Their commission is VERY competitive i.e. it starts at 20% with no threshold and as soon as you bill £80,000 in a quarter you'll be on 60% commission! The key sell for this business is how much money you can make here.
Salaries range depending on experience, but they are happy to pay up to £60,000 depending on your experience.
