Our Business Support team are currently working with a business based in Ongar, Essex who are growing from their current team of 10 due to increased business levels.
They are looking for strong communicators, who enjoy being client facing and servicing business needs.
As a business, they have over 200 warm clients, working within the Apprenticeship and Training sector - all of your Business Development is done for you, meaning you can get on with what you do best - placing candidates!
No BD, no cold calling, EVER!
This is an office based role, with a 34 hour week on offer, a passionate and friendly team and realistic opportunities to earn great money locally.
What they are looking for:
Experience as a Recruiter who is looking to focus purely on delivery is preferred, however will also look at candidates from backgrounds including Real Estate, Car Sales and Membership Sales.
Benefits include:
West Essex ( own transport essential )
£30K basic DOE plus commission ( average first time year earnings $45K )
Annual bonus

4pm finish on Friday
