You’ll step into a true build-and-scale environment with existing accounts from day one, backed by a strong delivery function and leadership team with a proven track record in the recruitment industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and growing existing client accounts
Building long-term relationships within the construction & engineering sector
Driving revenue through strategic account expansion
Partnering closely with an established delivery team
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients across Heavy Civil & Site Development markets
What They’re Looking For
Agency recruitment/staffing experience within Construction or Engineering
Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
Proven ability to drive revenue and grow accounts
Experience working within fast-paced, performance-driven environments
Someone entrepreneurial, proactive, and commercially minded
