Sales Development Representative
Job description
We have partnered with an award-winning recruitment firm based in Union Square, New York who is is looking to hire a driven Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, 50-person business that partners with innovative Series C tech startups across Product, Software Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, and Go-To-Market functions. Known for their strong market reputation and high-quality delivery model, the company operates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on long-term client partnerships and career progression. They’re looking for someone with at least 12 months of experience within Tech/GTM recruitment or sales experience within tech/software companies who is eager to develop commercially and grow within a high-performance business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Building relationships with prospective clients across the tech startup ecosystem
Identifying and engaging new business opportunities within GTM and Tech markets
Working closely with recruiters and leadership to support client growth strategies
Conducting outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and AI-driven sales tools
Managing pipeline activity and helping drive new revenue opportunities
Learning consultative sales and business development techniques within a specialist market
What They’re Looking For
12+ months of experience within Tech/GTM recruitment or tech/software sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with a proactive, resilient attitude
Motivated by progression, targets, and high-performance environments
Interest in startups, technology, and scaling businesses

Base salary up to $80,000 + commission structure
