​Our client is seeking an experienced Resourcer / Delivery Consultant to join their specialist recruitment team, supporting recruiters across the US Technology market.

This is more than a traditional longlisting or CV-sourcing position. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of the search and candidate engagement process, from identifying talent and conducting outreach through to screening, pitching opportunities and building strong candidate pipelines.

This opportunity would suit a proactive and commercially aware recruiter who is confident speaking with candidates and can genuinely drive delivery rather than simply passing CVs to senior consultants.

Working Model

Remote – South Africa

The role will support recruiters and searches across the US market, with a particular focus on specialist Technology recruitment.

What You'll Be Recruiting

You will support live searches across the US Technology market, identifying and engaging specialist professionals for a range of client requirements.

While previous Technology recruitment experience would be advantageous, the priority is finding someone with excellent search, sourcing and candidate engagement skills who can quickly understand new markets and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of candidate searches across live vacancies.

• Identify and actively source high-quality candidates.

• Conduct proactive candidate outreach.

• Build and maintain relevant talent pipelines.

• Pre-screen candidates and assess their suitability for opportunities.

• Hold detailed conversations with candidates to understand their experience, motivations and requirements.

• Confidently pitch opportunities to prospective candidates.

• Build strong, long-term candidate relationships.

• Provide high-quality candidate shortlists to senior recruiters.

• Identify and communicate relevant market intelligence.

• Feed strong candidate leads and market opportunities back to senior consultants.

• Support candidate marketing activity where required.

• Identify high-quality talent that could potentially create future client and business development opportunities.

• Maintain consistent candidate engagement and calling activity.

• Use digital sourcing channels and technology to improve search effectiveness.

• Explore the use of AI tools to make sourcing and recruitment processes more efficient.

• Take genuine ownership of the search process rather than focusing solely on candidate identification.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience.

• Around 5 years of recruitment experience would be ideal.

• Proven hands-on search, sourcing and outreach experience.

• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable conducting high levels of outbound calling and candidate outreach.

• Confident speaking with candidates and pitching opportunities.

• Strong candidate screening and qualification skills.

• Able to take ownership of searches rather than simply producing longlists.

• Strong digital sourcing skills.

• Active and confident using LinkedIn as a recruitment and networking tool.

• Comfortable using technology throughout the recruitment process.

• Open to using and experimenting with AI tools.

• Commercially aware with the ability to recognise potential opportunities from candidate conversations.

• Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently.

• Strong communication skills with a confident and professional approach.

• Previous Technology recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.
