Our client is looking for a Resourcer to join their growing Finance & Accounting desk, working with SME and Commerce clients on a mix of permanent and interim positions.

About the Role

This is a pure resourcing role with no business development or direct client interaction initially. You will only begin speaking with clients after roughly a year, as you progress within the business. You will work across junior to £80k roles, with executive level searches mostly handled by the senior team unless a candidate has genuine executive experience. Experience with both permanent and interim placements is advantageous but not essential.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of Finance/Accounting resourcing experience

• Stellenbosch or UCT graduates with a Finance/Accounting background are a major plus

• UK experience is beneficial, though SA, Australian or NZ experience is equally welcome as the finance industry operates almost identically across these markets

• A neutral accent is essential

• Must be based in Cape Town

• Younger, more junior candidates are preferred so they can be trained without bad habits, though more experienced candidates will also be considered
