​Researcher – Kayman Recruitment (US Division)

Location: Cape Town (Blouberg office preferred 3 days per week in office)

This role sits within our U.S. Rec2Rec team, working alongside a team of 4 in SA, supporting the U.S. market and our team in the US.

What you’ll be doing:

• Headhunting and market mapping across the U.S. rec2rec market

• Supporting consultants with outreach and candidate identification

• Working on senior-level recruitment searches

• Building talent pipelines across key U.S. markets

What we’re looking for:

• Research / delivery experience in recruitment

• Strong LinkedIn and headhunting capability

• High attention to detail

• Comfortable working U.S. hours
