You will be working within the Executive Search team of 6 within Management Consultancy. You will have the opportunity to recruit within Financial Services, Strategy Consulting or Climate & Sustainability market.

What they're looking for:

• 6 people at different levels, Researchers all the way through to Delivery Experts who can execute large mandates from start to finish

• 4 Researchers with 12+ months experience - You will be conducting research, headhunting on LinkedIn, dealing with applications on the company website, mapping competitor landscape, initial outreach to candidates and building relationships with them.

• 2 Senior Profiles with 3-8 years' experience - You will be managing accounts, stakeholder management, running searches with the help of Junior Recruiters and overall taking more responsibilities as they go.
