Duties will include:

  • Work with the team to devise and agree the assignment delivery plan including; target companies,
    research strategy to identify candidates and setting search assignment project milestones.

  • Undertake research to identify relevant candidates for assignments; utilising all available methods,
    including internet research and phone research.

  • Prioritise multiple tasks and effectively plan your time across the working week to ensure key
    assignment milestones are delivered.

  • Responsible for spotting and communicating potential business development opportunities identified as a result of research activities.

  • Carry out research for the wider business needs such as for business development and marketing as required.

  • Assist with the development of the Candidate Briefing documents, Adverts, Longlist reports and
    Shortlist reports (including Candidate reports).

  • With experience, make the initial approach to candidates, discussing and selling the potential
    opportunity, understanding the candidate’s experience and career motivations whilst maintaining
    any confidentiality requirements.

  • Support colleagues on every occasion, be a role model to others, sharing your expertise.
