Recruitment Resourcer
Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is a live vacancy, with interviews expected to begin within the next few weeks.
The role is suited to a commercially driven recruiter who is confident on the phone, comfortable working independently and willing to put in the activity required to build a strong candidate network.
While UK recruitment experience is highly advantageous, candidates with international recruitment experience will also be considered where they can demonstrate strong transferable skills, adaptability and the ability to learn a new market quickly.
Working Model
This is a high-activity recruitment environment where consistent candidate engagement and telephone-based sourcing are central to the role.
The successful candidate must be comfortable with 100+ calls per day and confident building relationships through proactive outreach rather than relying solely on inbound candidates.

Make 100+ calls per day to prospective and existing candidates.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
Conduct detailed candidate qualification and screening.
Ask effective questions to understand experience, motivations and suitability.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Proactively identify potential candidates through outbound activity.
Develop knowledge of new sectors and recruitment markets.
Work independently and take ownership of candidate delivery.
Maintain consistent activity within a target-driven environment.
Develop long-term candidate relationships and networks.
Support the wider recruitment team with consistent, high-quality candidate delivery.
What We Are Looking For

Adaptable and willing to learn new markets, sectors and processes.
Resilient and consistent within a target-driven recruitment environment.
Coachable and receptive to feedback.

Able to demonstrate genuine recruitment ability and strong transferable skills.
Sector Experience
The business is flexible regarding previous sector experience. Experience within a related recruitment market would be advantageous, but specific sector experience is not essential.
The priority is finding someone with the right recruitment fundamentals, commercial mindset and willingness to be active on the phone.
Candidates from healthcare, care or teaching recruitment may be considered, although they will need to demonstrate that their candidate engagement, questioning and recruitment skills can transfer effectively into a different recruitment environment.
