Duties of the role:
Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
Monitor responses and applications received, making sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
Provide support to ensure that the candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service at all times
Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with candidates and our clients’ internal teams
Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidates and new client opportunities within the market
Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
Understand and meet agreed KPI’s and targets
Comply and participate with all marketing initiatives
Understand and support the recruitment sales process
Contribute to team meetings as appropriate
What they are looking for:
Our client is looking for Good, hardworking attitude – very much a team, all help each other, a good level of education (A Levels minimum) Intelligent and switched on. They are very much open to graduates who have worked alongside their degree.
They can offer you:
Base salary up to £30,000K
First year OTE up to £45,000K

WFH is available upon completion of probation
