The selected candidate for this position will benefit from direct support and training on a daily basis, whilst also developing their skills via a comprehensive induction programme and other external training courses throughout their short-term and long-term career at the company. Their career development targets are clearly defined and progression is totally dependant on how successful and ambitious you are.
Duties will include:
Sourcing candidates through various platforms including extensive internal database, LinkedIn and various job boards.
Qualifying candidates needs and providing career advice and guidance.
Presenting job opportunities to prospective candidates.
Arranging interviews and booking meetings.
Preparing candidates for interviews and taking feedback.
Writing job adverts.
Checking all candidate’s compliance alongside carrying out reference check
