The selected candidate for this position will benefit from direct support and training on a daily basis, whilst also developing their skills via a comprehensive induction programme and other external training courses throughout their short-term and long-term career at the company. Their career development targets are clearly defined and progression is totally dependant on how successful and ambitious you are.

​Duties will include:

  • Sourcing candidates through various platforms including extensive internal database, LinkedIn and various job boards.

  • Qualifying candidates needs and providing career advice and guidance.

  • Presenting job opportunities to prospective candidates.

  • Arranging interviews and booking meetings.

  • Preparing candidates for interviews and taking feedback.

  • Writing job adverts.

  • Checking all candidate’s compliance alongside carrying out reference check
