It is an exiting time to be joining my Loughton based client, who are busier than they ever have been!
Working alongside the Director, this role will see you in a vital support capacity – where you will be responsible for everything from advertising Jobs, through to placing candidates in new roles.
Duties will include:
· Performing Boolean searches on job boards and LinkedIn
· Screening candidates, exploring their options and building relationships
· Supporting the Director with the interview process
· Sending out documents, interview confirmations and new starter info
· Liaising with Clients and Candidates face to face, over the phone and email
The opportunity is there to progress through to being a billing consultant, so would suit someone with lots of ambition.
· Must have at least 12 months experience in a sales environment (Recruitment/Telesales)
· Confident user of Linkedin, job boards and searching – or the ability to learn quickly!
· Natural communicator on the phone, face to face and on email
· Positive working attitude, mature approach and a just get out there and get on with it mindset
