Our client are an ambitious, hungry for success recruitment agency who specialise within the Social Care Sector. They have a great opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their rapid growing team in a fast paced, exciting industry where building strong relationships with candidates is key.
They are looking for ambitious, hard-working, money hungry individuals who are self-motivated and wants to progress their career within recruitment. Experience in the industry is not a must as full training will be provided.
You will be working as a Recruitment Resourcer for 6-12 months before getting promoted to a full 360 Recruitment Consultant whilst learning the role.
Duties will include:
Actively sourcing candidate via job boards, referrals, social media, headhunting and internal database
Provide administrative tasks/support to the team
Write, place and update adverts whilst also monitoring responses and applications
Proactively managing daily tasks
Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
Understand and meet agreed KPI's and targets
Identify new business opportunities
Identify and progress leads as required
Creating a pool of complaint candidates for the team to place
Full training will be provided
