​At Kayman Recruitment we are partnered with a Finance and Technology Recruitment business, who are growing into 2023.

Established in 2014, they have offices in London, New York, and Canada - and showing no signs of stopping with their plans to up up in more locations.

They need an experience Operations Manager, who would be a bit of a jack of all trades, supporting the business and Directors with their new plans.

Your duties would include:

  • HR and People Management

  • office Management

  • Operations Management

  • Operations Management

  • Finance

  • Internal Recruitment and On Boarding

What they are looking for:

  • 3-5 years' experience within Recruitment Operations

  • Confident communicator who is adept at reporting to SMT

  • Happy to be based in the office 3+ days per week
