In this role you will be working closely with the Founder of the business, along with the Internal Talent Team and Recruitment Consultants - you will be the 'go to' person for a variety of tasks - sounds cliché, bit in this business no two days are the same!
They are wanting someone to work in office 5 days a week, with a real 'get stuff done' kind of attitude - they love team incentives, days and nights out, so it is essential you want to be part of this kind of culture.
They need a stable pair of hands to come in and look after the Office on a Maternity cover contract, until October 2023, with duties including;
Sending out interview confirmations and contracts
Producing invoices
Maintaining office figures
Producing TOB's
Administration support to business
They are looking for:
2+ years experience in a Recruitment Operations role
Must be available for an immediate start
Strong MS Excel user
