Job description

​Our client is a growing specialist recruitment business seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in Data Centre and/or Infrastructure recruitment. This is a long-term opportunity to become a fully integrated member of the team, supporting major recruitment projects across Europe while working closely with senior leadership.

This is not a traditional offshore delivery role. The successful candidate will play a key role in scaling the business, delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions, and contributing to broader commercial growth initiatives.

Remote

Fully integrated within the business, with ongoing collaboration with UK-based leadership.

What You'll Be Recruiting

You will specialise in recruiting technical professionals across the Data Centre and Infrastructure market, including:

  • Data Centre Technicians

  • Data Centre Engineers

  • Deployment Engineers

  • Infrastructure Specialists

  • GPU & AI Infrastructure Professionals

  • High-Performance Computing (HPC) Professionals

  • Site Reliability Engineers (SREs)

  • Infrastructure and Cloud Professionals

The focus is on the operational and technology side of Data Centres rather than construction or physical build projects.

Geographic Coverage

You will support recruitment across multiple European markets, including:

  • Germany

  • United Kingdom

  • Nordics

  • Romania

  • Poland

  • Spain

  • Wider European markets as projects expand

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to placement.

  • Source and headhunt high-quality technical candidates.

  • Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews.

  • Coordinate interview processes and manage offers.

  • Handle counter-offers and candidate negotiations.

  • Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships.

  • Support client communication where required.

  • Develop talent pipelines and future talent maps.

  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.

  • Identify potential business development opportunities within the market.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven recruitment experience within Data Centres, Infrastructure, Cloud, or closely related technology markets.

  • Experience recruiting technical professionals rather than Data Centre construction talent.

  • Strong end-to-end (360) recruitment experience.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently.

  • Ambition to become a long-term contributor within a growing recruitment business.

Highly Desirable

  • Existing network within the Data Centre market.

  • European recruitment experience.

  • Experience supporting large-scale project hiring.

  • Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud recruitment.
