Exciting Opportunity for Recruiters with Public Sector/Social Housing Experience

Are you a recruiter who enjoys the fast-paced world of temporary and contract recruitment? Do you have experience working with public sector clients, housing associations, or MSP/VMS frameworks? We are currently supporting a UK-based recruitment business that is growing its delivery team and is looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to help support a busy pipeline of Public Sector and Social Housing vacancies.

• Work remotely from South Africa

• UK market exposure

• R22,000 per month

• UK working hours

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys candidate management, sourcing, building talent pools, and working closely with hiring managers and consultants to fill high-volume vacancies.

You'll stand out if you have experience with:

• Public Sector or Social Housing recruitment

• Temporary and contract placements

• MSP or VMS recruitment models

• High-volume candidate sourcing and delivery

Experience using platforms such as Matrix, Prism, Comensura, Connect2, Reed/XMS, Adecco Beeline, Pertemps, or similar systems would be highly beneficial.
