Our client looking for a driven and adaptable Recruitment Consultant to join a specialist desk focused on luxury custom home construction.

This is a high-value, niche market, requiring a patient, detail-oriented approach. Roles are extremely selective (“needle in a haystack”), with typical fees ranging from $45k–$65k, and opportunities reaching $80k+ on flagship projects — including some of the most prestigious residential builds in the U.S.

The Opportunity

Join an established desk with 2 years of market presence and strong client relationships already in place

Work on ultra-high-end, standout projects, including one of the largest private homes currently under construction in the country

Be introduced directly to clients and become a trusted point of contact alongside the desk lead

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes within a highly specialised, senior-level market

Support and maintain high-touch client relationships, stepping in as a key contact when required

Deliver exceptional candidate quality within longer, more complex hiring cycles

Stay organised and proactive in managing multiple ongoing processes
