This is a delivery-focused position partnering closely with the BD team to fill live reqs, manage candidate pipelines, and run full-cycle candidate processes. They’re looking for someone with 1–5+ years of agency experience (ideally in tech), who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role is based in the DMV area, offering a $70–85k base + uncapped commission, with strong growth potential.
