Do you have 18 months experience as part of a Property Management team, and want to take the next step up?
Kayman Recruitment are working with an award winning, multi branch Estate Agency, with a portfolio spanning West Essex and East London, who are looking to grow in their Loughton branch.
Duties will include:
Arranging maintenance repairs - liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure works are done efficiency
Managing Rental statements - issuing invoices, chasing lapsed payments and keeping on top of renewals
Preparing agreements for tenants - taking over the process from offer acceptance to move in
Arranging inspections - keeping diary up to date for any safety visits/certifications
Deposit disputes - handling this professionally, in like with contracts and deadlines
They are looking for:
At least 18 months experience within a Property Management team
Exemplary communication skills, verbal and written
Highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to priorities a busy, varied workload
Natural problem solver - address issues before they happen
Commercial acumen
