Duties will include:

Employ various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to identify top-tier talent
Evaluate candidate qualifications through interviews, assessments, and reference checks, ensuring they align with client requirements
Skilfully match candidates with suitable job opportunities, considering both technical skills and cultural fit
Facilitate salary and offer negotiations between clients and candidates, striving for mutually beneficial agreements
Expand the client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and proposing tailored recruitment solutions
Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and employment market changed, sharing valuable insights with clients and candidates
Ensure adherence to legal and ethical recruitment practices, including equal employment opportunity and data privacy regulations
