They are looking for:

  • A minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment

  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets, with a strong portfolio of placements

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong portfolio of placements

Duties will include:

  • Cultivate and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs. industry trends, and business objectives

  • Employ various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to identify top-tier talent

  • Evaluate candidate qualifications through interviews, assessments, and reference checks, ensuring they align with client requirements

  • Skilfully match candidates with suitable job opportunities, considering both technical skills and cultural fit

  • Facilitate salary and offer negotiations between clients and candidates, striving for mutually beneficial agreements

  • Expand the client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and proposing tailored recruitment solutions

  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and employment market changed, sharing valuable insights with clients and candidates

  • Ensure adherence to legal and ethical recruitment practices, including equal employment opportunity and data privacy regulations
