We’re exclusively partnering with a high-performing recruitment business operating within the Renewable Energy and Data Center space, who are looking to hire a Principal-level Consultant to join their growing team in New York (Manhattan). This is a rare opportunity to work directly under the Managing Director of the business, supporting a highly successful desk that is currently generating $40k-$50k per month. The need for this hire comes from continued growth, with the intention of handing over part of an established book so the MD can focus on further expansion of the division. The business partners with some of the largest clients in the industry, supporting multi-million-dollar infrastructure and energy projects by delivering top-tier talent across critical roles. They offer a highly autonomous, high-performance environment with strong earning potential and genuine progression opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Principal-level recruiter or experienced consultant who wants to step into a high-impact role, inherit a warm desk, and work directly alongside senior leadership in a fast-growing specialist market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking ownership of a portion of an established, high-performing recruitment desk

  • Working closely with the Managing Director on live client delivery and key accounts

  • Recruiting across Renewable Energy and Data Center markets

  • Supporting hiring for large-scale, multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates

  • Operating in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment with high levels of autonomy

  • Contributing to the continued growth of a successful, expanding division

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in recruitment (ideally within Renewable Energy, Data Centers, Engineering, or similar sectors)

  • Strong billing history or evidence of consistent performance in a 360 role

  • Ability to manage senior client relationships and complex hiring processes

  • Confident, self-sufficient, and capable of operating in an autonomous environment

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ambitious mindset with desire to progress into senior leadership over time

  • Comfortable working in a high-performance, revenue-driven environment

Compensation & Incentives:

  • $80k–$90k base salary

  • Strong commission structure (10%-40%) with no threshold or draw
