Great opportunity for a 360 Consultant covering the contract space in AEC to move into management!
Our client in Boston, MA currently has no consultants designated to cover contractor reqs (currently have 5 contractors on the books) and wants to bring on a consultant to 1) add value to the team from day one, going out to their current clientele and pulling in reqs, 2) onboarding new clients & negotiating terms and 3) building a team of consultants around you.
This individual will work directly with their Managing Director and VP with the end goal of transitioning into a management/leadership role with multiple consultants reporting directly to you.
They have open reqs for you to start working on from day one within the engineering verticle ( as well as Solar/Renewables)
What they are looking for:
Strong background working a contract desk
Experience negotiating terms with clients
Managing clients/onboarding new clients
Management/leadership experience is not required, but the expectation for this individual is to eventually add on these responsibilities with direct reports
